Delivery & shipping

Concierge Buy CZ purchases the item you choose from the online seller and gets it to you the way you prefer. Once your payment has cleared, we place your order — usually the same business day.

You can receive your order in several ways: shipped directly to your address, delivered to our office for you to collect, checked or tried on at our office before you take it, or brought to you by our own courier.

Our service fee covers the purchase itself. Delivery — the seller's shipping or our courier — is quoted and charged separately, at the actual cost with no hidden mark-up. Delivery times depend on the seller and carrier, and we share tracking information as soon as it is available.
