How it works

Concierge Buy CZ is your personal buyer. You pick anything sold online; we take care of the payment, the purchase and the delivery — and we stand behind every order with full return handling.

Four simple steps

1. Tell us what you want

Write us one message with everything you'd like — the product links, sizes, colours, quantities and how you'd like to receive your order. Put all your wishes in one place; if it's sold online and can be shipped legally, we can buy it for you.

2. Receive a transparent invoice

We check availability, confirm the product price and our service fee, and send you a single, clear invoice covering everything you asked for. You pay securely by card or PayPal — no foreign cards, currency blocks or declined payments to worry about.

3. We buy it for you

As soon as your payment clears, we place and pay for the order with the seller and keep an eye on it the whole way. You get confirmation and tracking so you always know where things stand.

4. Delivered — or returned

You receive your order the way you chose (see below). If it's everything you hoped for, wonderful. If not, tell us within the seller's return window and we'll organise the return and refund you the product cost.

How you receive your order

  • Straight to your address — we order with your address as the destination, so it ships directly to you.
  • To our office — we receive it for you; ideal for combining several orders or if you're not home.
  • Try it at our office — come by and check or try everything on before you take it with you.
  • Our courier to you — we bring your order to your door ourselves.

Your service fee covers the purchase itself. Courier delivery is quoted separately, so you only pay for the option you choose.
