For a citizen of Ukraine the fee on the same order would be €5.98 (2.99%), for a purchase total of €205.98. Courier delivery, if you choose it, is quoted separately.

You always see the complete breakdown on your invoice before you pay anything. The service fee is charged on the product price and covers buying the item for you; any delivery is shown as a separate line, so your total is clear up front. The service fee is the final price of our service β€” where VAT applies, it is included.

A valid Ukrainian passport must be presented for every purchase made at the 2.99% rate. This is how we confirm eligibility and keep the programme fair. Just mention it when you send your order and show your passport, and we'll apply the 2.99% rate.
