The data controller is SIBANAC s.r.o., IČO 24883841, Dlouhá 715/38, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha, Czech Republic, operating the Concierge Buy CZ service.

Concierge Buy CZ collects only the information needed to fulfil your order: the products you ask us to buy, your delivery details and your contact information. Where relevant, we share your delivery details with the seller or carrier solely to complete and ship your order.

Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Your payment details are handled directly by them and are never seen or stored by us.

We do not sell your personal data. You may ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time at [email protected] or via our Contact page. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires us to keep transaction records. When you use our reduced fee for citizens of Ukraine, we only view your passport to confirm eligibility — we do not keep copies of it.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
