Concierge Buy CZ is a personal buying service based in Prague, Czech Republic. We help people get what they want from any online store — without the hassle.
Online shopping should be simple, but it often isn't: a shop won't ship to your country, your card gets declined abroad, the best price is on a site in a language you don't read, or you simply don't have time to deal with it. We remove all of that friction.
You choose the product. We handle the payment, the purchase, the correspondence with the seller and the delivery — and if the item isn't right, we manage the return and refund you. One trusted partner, inside the EU, standing between you and every online store.
You're protected from scam sites
Perhaps the most important part: you never expose your card to an unknown or risky website. You pay us once, securely, and we take on all the risk of dealing with the seller. If a shop turns out to be a scam, sends the wrong or counterfeit item, or never delivers, we handle the dispute and refund you the product cost. You deal with one honest partner in Prague — not a faceless site abroad.

Some purchases are private, and that's completely fine. A surprise gift for someone special, something personal, or an order from an adult shop — we handle every order with total discretion. What you buy stays strictly between you and us.

Helping citizens of Ukraine is built into how we work. For Ukrainians we cut our fee to the bare minimum — just 2.99% instead of 9.98% — so rebuilding life in a new country is a little easier. Fair, transparent, human
We charge one small service fee — 9.98%, or just 2.99% for citizens of Ukraine — and we show you the full cost before you pay a cent. You pay securely by card or PayPal, and your payment details stay private. Delivery is always quoted separately, so you only pay for the way you choose to receive your order.
