ZAVORETH Dining — cabinetmaking for the table's long life
The Ventimiglia is the dining room's quiet quartermaster — linen, glass and silver behind doors that close like a held breath, under a top that serves as the buffet.
Timber is bought whole, sawn to our own cutting lists and rested until it stops moving; only then is it allowed near a bench. What follows is patient joinery, hand-sanding through five grits, and a finish rubbed in coat by thin coat until the grain reads like handwriting.
Design & Making
- Solid-brass hardware, hand-finished, ageing to a quiet patina
- Air-dried European oak, walnut or ash, selected board by board
- Signed inside the carcass by the maker who built it
- Cable routing and ventilation prepared where electronics may live
- Hand-applied hard-wax oil finish that deepens with the years
- Interior fitted in pale sycamore — a pleasure every time the door opens

Care
Solid timber moves with the seasons; give it stable humidity and it will behave for generations. Clean with a barely damp cloth, never silicone sprays. Rings and scratches can be revived with the care kit included — or entrusted to our restorers at any point.
Questions, Answered
Is delivery really white-glove?
Yes — two-man insured delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, assembly, levelling and removal of all packaging are included in every furniture price across the EU.
Will it fit through my staircase?
We check before we build: every order includes an access review from your photographs or a site visit, and several designs disassemble for narrow Prague staircases.
The ZAVORETH Promise
Every ZAVORETH piece is covered by our house warranty, delivered white-glove across the European Union, and placed, levelled and finished in the room by our own crews. A dedicated concierge remains at your service long after delivery — because a home is never quite finished.
