ZAVORETH Dining — cabinetmaking for the table's long life
The Utrecht pair is sculpted for the long table and the longer evening: backrests meeting the spine exactly where dinner slows down, joints that tighten with age.
Every carcass begins as air-dried European oak, walnut or ash, selected board by board for figure and calm, then joined the old way: mortise and tenon, dovetail, fielded panel. Finishes are hand-applied oils and waxes that let the timber breathe and deepen — furniture built to be inherited, not replaced.
Design & Making
- Mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joinery, cut to outlive fashions
- Solid-brass hardware, hand-finished, ageing to a quiet patina
- Signed inside the carcass by the maker who built it
- Adjustable levelling concealed in every foot
- Glides fitted for stone, timber and rug alike

Care
Plump feather cushions daily as part of the ritual, rotate seat pads weekly, and vacuum gently with a soft brush. Removable covers dry-clean; spot-clean spills with a damp white cloth, never rubbing. Decades from now, our atelier will happily reupholster the piece in its next cloth.
Questions, Answered
How do fabric samples work?
Complimentary sample sets ship within 48 hours — cloths, timbers and stone chips — so decisions are made at home, in your light, where they belong.
Can I order custom dimensions or finishes?
Almost always. Most pieces are made to order, so widths, timbers, stones and cloths can be adjusted through your concierge — usually without changing the lead time.
The ZAVORETH Promise
As with everything that carries the ZAVORETH mark, this piece arrives with white-glove room-of-choice delivery, our extended house warranty, and lifetime access to our restorers, upholsterers and finishers.
