Quality materials ask for little: dust gently, wash textiles cool where the care card allows, and let brass and leather age into their patina. If anything ever disappoints, the concierge makes it right — repair first, replacement where repair cannot win.

Unused accessories return freely within 30 days — though we will first offer to exchange, because usually it is the colour, not the piece.

How do I care for it?
A short care card is included; most pieces ask only for gentle dusting or a cool wash, and patina is considered a feature.
